Atira Property Management Inc. has managed Bridge Housing Society for Women’s seven-floor not-for-profit residential housing complex since before it opened in June of 2001. Atira played a lead role in securing appropriate operational funding, developing building policies and procedures, negotiating maintenance contracts, developing housing agreements, managing the rent up process and developing a system for maintaining the waiting list. All the staff who work at Bridge stand out as doing their jobs above and beyond the call of duty. Janice Abbott has provided incredible support.
